What is a good workbook for learning Kiswahili?

I have one by Lioba J. Moshi, but’ it’s kinda retared cuz it’s just english sentences and they want you to translate it, how am I suppose to learn with that kinda book. I am trying to find one that teaches you how to speak it and that gives excercises that you can write out
